• We keep no visit statistics and use no analytics service. The pages set no cookies.
• Your browser remembers which language you chose, on your own device. That choice is not sent to us.
• The site is delivered through Cloudflare. As with any website, Cloudflare handles technical details of each visit, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver the pages and keep them secure. How long it keeps them is set out in Cloudflare's own privacy policy.

When you use the AI assistant

使用 AI 助手时

• What is kept: the questions you type, the assistant's answers, the page you were on, and the time.
• Abuse limits: we limit how often one IP address can ask. What we keep is a processed form that cannot be turned back into the address.
• Who answers: answers are generated by Claude, an AI model made by Anthropic, which we use through its API. To generate an answer, your question and the relevant content of this site are sent to Anthropic for processing, which may take place outside Australia. Anthropic states that, for API customers, it does not use this content to train its models by default and deletes it from its systems within 30 days (other than content it finds to breach its usage policy, or is required by law to keep). The record of the conversation is kept by us; see "Where the data is" below.
• What the answers are: the assistant answers only from what is on this site, and it can be wrong. It does not give legal, financial or credit advice, and it does not work out any loan.
• Please do not enter sensitive details such as identity numbers, bank cards, health information, or anything about a client.
• In your browser we store only a session number and whether the window is open, so the conversation follows you between pages. Both are gone when you close the tab.
• Who sees it: people at PWE read the questions the assistant could not answer, so that we can fix what the site leaves unclear. They are kept in the same place as the conversation and are deleted with it after 90 days.
• How long: conversations are deleted after 90 days. If you sent a message from a conversation, it is kept with that message.

When you send us a message

• What is kept: your name, email, phone (optional) and what you wrote, with the page you were on and the time. If you started from the AI assistant, that conversation too.
• Abuse limits: we limit how often one IP address can send. What we keep is a processed form that cannot be turned back into the address.
• What it is for: replying to you and following up this enquiry. Not for bulk marketing, not sold, not given to third parties.
• Who sees it: the message is emailed to our work inbox (provided by Google) and read by people at PWE.
• How long: 24 months after the last contact.

Where the data is

数据在哪里

Conversations and messages are stored by us in Cloudflare's database service. We ask for the data to be kept in the Oceania region; Cloudflare is a global network, and processing may take place outside Australia. Anthropic processes content only to generate an answer and is not where these records are kept; the copy it holds for a short time is in the United States.

• If you do not use the AI assistant or send a message on the site, neither kind of record exists. You can email us instead.
• To see, correct or delete your conversation or message: write to support@pwestudio.site with the approximate time and the email you gave. We act within 10 business days.
• If you are unhappy with how we handled it, tell us first. If you are still not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

• 不使用 AI 助手、不在网站上留言，就不会产生上面两类记录。您可以直接发邮件给我们。
• 想查看、更正或删除您的对话或留言：写信到 support@pwestudio.site，告诉我们大致时间和您留的邮箱。我们在 10 个工作日内处理。
